ARTICLE 1 – SCOPE & ACCEPTANCE

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all sales made between:

and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase through www.wannatag.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer.”

ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS

Wannatag offers for sale:

skin jewelry and temporary tattoos from its catalog;
personalized skin jewelry and temporary tattoos, including designs featuring a word or text provided by the Customer.

Photographs and visual representations displayed on the website are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.

ARTICLE 3 – ORDERS

By placing an order through the website, the Customer fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms & Conditions.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided when placing an order is accurate, including personalized text, shipping address, and contact information.

Wannatag reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a prior dispute with the Customer or suspected fraudulent activity.

ARTICLE 4 – PRICING

Prices are listed in euros (€).

Under the French micro-business tax regime, VAT is not applicable pursuant to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code, unless Wannatag's tax status changes.

Shipping costs are displayed before the order is finally confirmed.

Wannatag reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are billed at the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT

Payment is due in full at the time the order is placed.

Payments are processed using the payment methods available on the website.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully validated.

ARTICLE 6 – ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Personalized products are made to order.

The average processing and shipping preparation time is two (2) business days following order confirmation.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the carrier selected. Any delivery times provided are estimates only.

Wannatag shall not be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by exceptional circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

ARTICLE 7 – DELIVERY

Products are shipped to addresses in France and internationally, using the shipping address provided by the Customer at the time of purchase.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping information provided is accurate and complete.

If an incorrect address results in a package being returned to Wannatag, the Customer may be responsible for any applicable reshipping costs.

ARTICLE 8 – RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Personalized Products

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Accordingly, personalized skin jewelry and temporary tattoos cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors attributable to Wannatag.

Non-Personalized Products

For non-personalized products from the catalog, the Customer has fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery to exercise their statutory right of withdrawal.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

Refunds will be issued within a maximum of fourteen (14) days after the returned products have been received and inspected.

ARTICLE 9 – DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If a product arrives damaged or has a defect, the Customer must contact Wannatag within seven (7) days of receiving the order and provide supporting photographs.

After reviewing the claim, Wannatag may offer one of the following remedies:

a replacement product;
store credit;
or a refund.

ARTICLE 10 – LIABILITY

Wannatag shall not be held responsible for damage resulting from improper or incorrect use of its products.

Customers are advised to follow the usage instructions provided on the website or product packaging.

In the event of a skin reaction or allergic reaction, use of the product must be discontinued immediately.

ARTICLE 11 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content and materials available on www.wannatag.com remain the exclusive property of Wannatag.

Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 12 – PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal data collected through the website is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

ARTICLE 13 – CONSUMER DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to seek the free assistance of a consumer mediator to facilitate the amicable resolution of a dispute.

The mediator’s contact information will be provided once Wannatag has joined an approved consumer mediation organization.

ARTICLE 14 – GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.

Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
